2019-2020 Extended Day Offerings
After the sophomore year, students can take courses at College of the Canyons. For more information on the enrollment process, please follow THIS LINK. If you need help, please contact your Counselor, Lizbeth Benavides, for enrollment instructions and paperwork and/orthe COC Outreach and School Relations Team. They are available to answer any of your questions and help with any issues about registration at COC. Please contact them at 661-362-5891 or [email protected].
This is a reminder that the First-Year Promise application period closes at 11:59pm on May 8. First Year Promise gives students an opportunity to attend College of the Canyons FREE for your first year. First Year Promise pays enrollment and student fees.
There is space available for the program. Below are the steps to follow to be eligible for the program. Do not forget the deadline to complete ALL steps is by May 8, 2020 by 11:59 pm:
- Submit a fall application, complete orientation, assessment and advisement.
(Please note appointments are not needed for assessment, but online registration is required
for an advisement workshop. Workshops are filling quickly – students should check availability
at both campuses.) - Complete the FASFA or Dream Act.
- Submit First-Year Promise online application found at www.canyons.edu/promise.
